Printing & Profiling
Create a dedicated media profile. Due to the textured laminate, slight dot gain may occur. Use high pass counts or unidirectional printing for optimal color saturation on the matte surface.
Cutting & Weeding
Use a sharp 60-degree blade. Adjust cut pressure and offset to ensure clean cutting through the laminated layers without cutting through the liner. Weed slowly due to the material's stiffness.
Application Environment
Ensure floor temperature is between 18°C and 27°C (65°F-80°F) for optimal adhesive flow. The material is less conformable to curves due to its thickness; use on flat surfaces.
Application Technique
Use the hinge method. Apply firm, even pressure with a hard rubber squeegee or roller, working from the center outward to bond the adhesive and eliminate air pockets trapped under the texture.

Do I need to laminate it again after printing?
No, the product comes with the anti-slip protective laminate already permanently applied. It is ready for printing, contour cutting, and application. Adding another laminate on top is unnecessary and could adversely affect the anti-slip properties.
What is the dry time for ink before application?
Follow the ink manufacturer's recommendations for full cure. Typically, allow 24 hours for solvent/eco-solvent inks and 1-2 hours for UV-cured inks before removing from the printer and cutting. Full adhesive bond strength develops 24-72 hours after floor application.
Can it be removed without damaging the floor?
Removability depends on the floor substrate and the adhesive type (permanent vs. removable variant). On sealed concrete, vinyl composition tile (VCT), or epoxy floors, it can typically be removed with heat and careful peeling, possibly requiring adhesive remover. Test a small area first.
