Self Adhesive Bus Sticker is a transit-grade graphic media designed for adherence to painted aluminum, window glass, and rubber window gaskets on public transport vehicles. Manufactured by Shanghai Hanker Industrial Co., Ltd., DPI Transit Series meets ASTM D 2979 and UITP (International Association of Public Transport) adhesive strength and removability benchmarks.
The material system includes a face film, permanent or removable adhesive, and a UV-stable overlaminate. It accommodates daily automated bus wash cycles containing alkaline detergents and temperatures from -20°C in winter transit yards to 60°C interior window surface temperatures in summer. The construction prevents "proud" edges that could be caught by passenger bags or cleaning brushes.

2016
New Manufacturing Facility in Jiangsu
We established Jiangsu DPI New Materials Co., Ltd. in Qidong, Jiangsu Province, covering 34,000 square meters. This facility is equipped with China's leading calendering machine, high-standard silicon coating machines, and PE coating machines, enabling independent production of raw materials like PVC calendering film and release paper.

Can this be applied to hot bus sides in summer?
Surface temp must be below 32°C. Above 32°C, adhesive tacks too quickly, trapping air and preventing slide positioning.
Does the anti-graffiti layer protect against etching?
Protects against paint and ink. Does not protect against mechanical abrasion (key scratches) or acid etching.
What warranty is offered for transit applications?
3 years for full wraps, 5 years for partials. Excludes mechanical damage, vandalism beyond graffiti.
Is the vinyl compatible with inductive charging systems?
Standard vinyl is insulative. Electric bus charging panels require non-metallic, non-conductive films. DPI offers dielectric grade for inductive charging zones.
