Although digital printing is not restricted by flower back and color, many exquisite designs also bring challenges to digital printing. The color consistency is related to the production capacity of print heads, inks, software, and stand-alone machines. Different print heads have different chromatic aberration performance in printing, whether the ink is stable, whether it is consistent or not, and the concentration also has a direct impact on the color. The different choices of rip software have different color noises, color gradation changes, and color tracking. The color consistency of production is much higher than that of multi-machine production.
Fourth, continuous productivity
Digital printing orders generally have a pattern of thousands of meters. Whether the ink is broken during the printing process, whether the retractable system is stable, and whether the retractable system is neatly retracted and other factors are very important to the printing quality, which is also related to the product qualification rate of the printing factory.
